Rachid Trabelsi’s artwork is deeply spread through aesthetic of images and visual abstract such as advertising, communication and event images. He uses mainly acrylic, watercolor and pastel. Rachid’s new art collection “Artisanal richness and cultural diversity of Algeria” combines different mixed media and is inspired by an innovative theme related to algerian art and culture. The influence of his late stay in South East of Asia, especially with Art classes in Indonesia lead him to combines different artistic
techniques for his new collection by adding to acrylic and pastel, painted glass, copper, aluminum, jewelry and ceramic. This method or technique is used for the first time to illustrate artisanal objects inspired by the richness of the algerian culture in its diversity.
Rachid believes “using art to illustrate landscape from its origin country” is the best way to send a peaceful message to people from different culture and origins and share with them experiences and images from abroad.
